During your viewing trip we will endeavour to exceed expectations in a very professional manner. Our aim is to provide you with all the information you require, thus making the buying process valuable and enjoyable.

We aim to provide you with the right property in the right location so that all your requirements are met, however as a company we want to exceed expectations. We will only sell properties which have been passed by our on site engineer, thus ensuring standards and quality are kept high.

Before you go on your viewing trip

Our professional staff will establish your reasons for buying, for example for investment, they will then give you information on the properties which meet your requirements. In addition, we will work with you on deciding how you would like to spend your time so that you have control over the activities you would like to do.

As we have offices in the UK and Turkey you will ONLY be dealing with staff who are working for Turkish Homes 4 Less. Staff profiles are available on our website, thus reassuring you every step of the way.

Financial advice will also be provided before you go on the viewing trip so that we can work within your budget and provide you with properties which meet this requirement.

Flights, accommodation and all transfers will be arranged for you. Most of the flights will be subsidised and all accommodation and transfers will be paid for.

During the view trip

Throughout your experience you will receive one to one attention and will only be shown high quality properties which have been passed by our engineer.

We will give you a guided tour of the area showing all the places of interest for example, top quality restaurants, bars, golf courses and many other leisure and entertainment activities. Additionally, we shall also introduce you to clients who have also purchased properties from us, this will enable you to gain valuable information.
