Alanya was just the place for me. The mountains, the lakes, the coast, the food. Me being a vegetarian, there is gorgeous vegetarian dishes available. The people are very friendly and also smiling people. It just felt right for me.

Everything went smoothly buying form Turkish Homes 4 Less. I was put up in the Hotel Sara for 5 nights. Nice ideal location on Cleopatra beach. So I was free to explore the area without any sales pressure from Turkish Homes 4 Less. For one and a half days I was shown around property and I found what I wanted. It was within my budget, it was close to the beach, it had a swimming pool, nice gardens and only a 10 minute walk from the centre of Alanya. So I made a decision to buy within one and a half days.

It has been almost 13 months in Turkey now. I am thoroughly enjoying my time here, you have got the mountains the lakes, the coast, I have everything here I want. I believe it will be the place I live for the next 10, 15 or 20 years.

Turkish Homes 4 Less was just over the road where we lived. So we went in to get more information and met with John Paul the owner. He showed us all his property and helped us through the buying process.

We found Alanya to be really nice place. The people were friendly, the climate was fantastic and it was just generally the place we wanted to be.

It was very cheap, the food was excellent and there was a wide variety of bars and restaurants we could visit. So we said instead of paying out to a holiday company every year why not buy our own place.

The whole experience of the buying process with Turkish Homes 4 Less has been seamless in many respects. The only odd problems have been rectified by people at the end of the phone. So you really have no worry's whatsoever on that score.

In fact the company has been that good that we let our daughter do her work experience in Turkey for a week and she thoroughly enjoyed it.

To be perfectly honest we never considered Turkey. At first of all we thought we were going to try Spain. We were at Marmaris about 5 years ago and we were never really impressed by it. So we come out to Here to Alanya. We had a good look around, the people were so friendly and we really enjoyed it. And we just committed there and then and bought a 4 bed detached villa with private swimming pool.

How we got introduced to Turkish Homes 4 Less was my cousin Steven. He seen an advert in the Liverpool Echo. We said we will give it a try. So we went on an inspection trip. We meet with John Paul the owner, Nice lad and built up a good friendship.

We bought the villa mainly as a investment, but it was also a holiday Home for the Kids. We seen the pool, the surrounding area and fell in love with it and bought the villa there and then.

At first we were a little bit worried about spending that amount of money on a property abroad. But when we were over John help us out with the legal side and it was pretty straight forward once everything went ahead.

The whole idea of buying the villa was to rent it out to make some sort of profit on it and Turkish Homes 4 Less has even helped us rent our property out. It has made life a lot easier.

Try Before you buy is an excellent opportunity to have an experience of Turkey. Alanya and most of all to see your potential investment in all it's glory.

Certainly a unique way to Enjoy a no holds barred, one on one with your investment in it's natural surrounding. A real question and answer feast with truth and honesty being served up as the meal of the day.
